In a revelation that has sent shockwaves and surprises across the subcontinent, The Guardian recently reported that India’s intelligence agency, the Research & Analysis Wing (RAW), has been involved in a series of covert operations to eliminate terrorists operating on foreign soil. These alleged assassinations carried out in Pakistan, have drawn comparisons to the most capable Israeli intelligence agency, Mossad.

According to sources within Indian and Pakistani intelligence agencies, Indian Intelligence Agency RAW has orchestrated nearly 20 targeted killings in Pakistan since 2020. - Jihadists are also recruited, and misled into believing they are eliminating “infidels.”
- The Pulwama Trigger:
- The shift in Indian Intelligence Agency RAW’s focus on targeting dissidents abroad was triggered by the Pulwama attack in 2019.
- After the suicide bombing that killed 40 paramilitary personnel in Indian-administered Kashmir, RAW adopted a more aggressive stance.
