If I ask name one thing that can change your life or that has changed your life. Many of the audience will reply in common – discipline in life. So my question is how to go about it in school. enforced or inculcated?

The burden of rules or the key to happiness? living under a Western template or reality check? Discipline in School

In today’s world, most of the top-notch school in the city displays a high order of discipline but not many know that in most cases disciplinary exercises are military-styled or forcefully applied to students.

The reason for such a strange psyche is our approach toward life which is always filtered or vetted under the Western template. What is right or wrong is all dependent on what Westerners think or perceive.

Discipline in School

Unfortunately, such an approach is present in almost all top-notch schools competing for the first position. So discipline means to enforce it somehow to look good. Most of them use very silly reasons to make a place for discipline.

Instead of this can we think of inculcating a sense of discipline in school not in the classroom but something that goes lifelong? It must be presented in such a way that students find it a reason for joy and happiness and they happily carry forward the same to the next generations. Let discipline be not confined within walls of display but beyond as a way of life.
